Zip City created a customized database that allowed for more effective
data collection and sales management, as well as an easy-to-use
synchronization process for remote users of the 235-member team
of the The Washington Post's Advertising Sales
Unit.

Dale Carnegie Training increased productivity and streamlined
processes for the sales team by networking existing ACT! software
and merging seven different stand-alone databases. Additionally,
Zip City integrated the ACT! system with other business tools, including
WinFax, eFax, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Word.
Syvan Learning Systems enabled the marketing team
to track its lead generation efforts against sales data. In addition,
the customized system integrated and simplified critical components
of the sales process to expedite the data entry process for its
busy sales force.

Zip City conducted an intensive needs analysis with The
Urban Institute that led to a customized ACT! solution
that centralized data from several different sources with powerful
sorting, tracking and reporting tools.

Optelecom transitioned from
an existing Goldmine database to ACT! for smoother process automation
and synchronization between users. In addition, the ACT! system
was configured to integrate with the company’s new quoting system.
