Online Training
Perfect for remote users and for ACT! for Web and
WiredContact users. Whether you choose to attend a weekly seminar or
would like your remote users to get customized training, using our
WebEx tool will meet your online training need.
How's it work? Once your user registers for a course,
we will send you an e-mail with all the information you'll need to
attend the class, including a link to the Zip City WebEx site where
the training will occur and a phone number for connection to the
class conference call. A few minutes prior to the scheduled class,
click on the link to enter the on-line meeting room, and dial the
conference call number to connect. That is all there is to
it.
During the class, you will see a full-sized
ACT! database screen on your computer, and you'll
watch the instructor maneuver through her ACT!
program as the topic is taught. At various points during
the hour, the instructor may choose to "pass control" of the program
to a student, allowing volunteers to practice the exercises
covered.
Throughout the training, you'll be able to
discuss the topic with the other students and the instructor via the
live conference call. In addition, you'll have the ability to
interact live through your computer. You may choose to ask questions
privately or publicly, and you'll receive instruction on how to
accomplish either.

ACT! User Groups
Zip City is the official sponsor of two ACT! User
Groups. The common thread among all attendees is that they are
ACT! users. Some are long-time fanatics, others are new to
ACT! Some are individual users and others are from large
corporations.
We look at the latest developments in the
ACT! application and find a topic at beginner, intermediate,
and poweruser levels. These sessions are quite
informative regardless of experience and also provide you with a
great networking opportunity.
The participation fee is nominal
